terrayoung asked: Just wanted to pop in and say that I find it cool that you like Quantum Leap - I haven't found anyone besides myself and my family that does. Do you have a favorite character? Also, I hope that you continue to enjoy Leverage - I think it's a really good show. On top of amazing characters and plotlines, there are quite a number of Doctor Who references.

nothingeverlost:

I don’t know if I could pick between Sam or Al; I love them both so much.  I have two seasons on DVD and now I feel like a total rewatch.  The finale makes me cry.

I am adoring Leverage; just finished the second ep.  It reminds me a lot of Hustle.  It’s perfect and I can’t wait to learn more about these characters.

And yeah for Doctor Who shout outs!  There was one on Agents of Shield this week.  I squeed.

Think I like Al better, myself. But it’s a hard choice, yeah. And I kinda ignore the last line of the finale - everything up to that point? Al and Beth getting to be together? That I like. But Sam never going home? I refuse to believe that. He has to someday - he’s earned it many times over.

If you like Leverage this much already, you’ll love the rest of it - only gets better and better. And it does a great job of giving each character time in the spotlight, as well as them as a group.

Yeah, those are good. They’re spaced out throughout the show, but I’m pretty sure there’s at least one in season 1 - it’s been a while since I’ve done a rewatch. And while I haven’t yet seen the latest AOS, I did hear about the DW reference. Thought that was really cool

Do you think he pretended he was Captain America when he was fighting?

WELL NOW I DO.

My god…

He’s playing theme music in his head - because let’s be honest. It’s not like this was actually a real fight for him.

Agent Coulson is one of those few men who has been pretending to be his hero for so long he’s turned into everyone else’s hero in his own right and doesn’t even realize it.

Oh, that last statement is perfect. Oh, PHIL.

No one says “Alabama is so good.”
Someone from Alabama must have made this map.

Why is Wisconsin “liberal” and not “cold”? Because I live there, and trust me - late fall through early spring it’s so cold everyone seems to forget what warmth even is. And then, when it actually does get warmer, it takes a couple weeks of sustained warmth for anyone to actually trust that it’ll stay. Clumps of snow hang around until April or May depending on whether the winter was “way below freezing” or “New Antarctica”.
So, maybe it’s because I’m not that involved in politics, but I don’t think the mapmaker knows much of anything about Wisconsin to claim that more people say it’s “liberal” instead of “cold”.

My mom often says stuff like “It would be nice if you had friends over” or “You live in your room” and I keep telling her that it makes me happy- So I want to see if either me or my mom is right-
